MOB HOUSE

“​I recently spent two nights at the Mob House (Room 112) after a stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile. Honestly, I preferred the experience here significantly—particularly due to the high quality of the room design and the unique "hidden resort" atmosphere. ​The interior design is a standout, beautifully blending tile and wooden flooring with marble vanities. The lighting is exceptional, featuring high-end fixtures by Martinelli Luce. ​The room features a reliable in-room safe and a fridge with two complimentary water cans. While the bathroom amenities were high quality, the body lotion was missing during my stay. ​Very comfortable; I slept quite well. However, if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. The courtyard-facing balcony (which gets lovely sun after 4:00 PM in May) overlooks the bar and restaurant. You can expect noise from other guests and the courtyard late into the evening. ​While the design is top-tier, some hardware felt lacking. The Cristina branded faucet felt low quality, and the handle actually fell off at one point. Additionally, while the room was generally tidy, there was noticeable dust around and under the bed. ​The lobby area is beautifully designed with ample workspace, free water, and fresh fruit. The ​WiFi was strong and stable throughout most of the property, though I did encounter a few weak spots in specific areas. The ​gym wad equipped with Technogym cardio machines and dumbbells. One cardio machine was out of order, and the single multifunctional machine is average, so the gym is best for those comfortable with free weights. The gym was strangely silent despite having four speakers. ​A fantastic, long heated outdoor pool with plenty of loungers and surrounding greenery. ​​The young staff at reception and in the restaurant are friendly, welcoming, and speak English well. When I reported a faulty kettle, the receptionist had it replaced immediately. ​The checkout process felt slightly unprofessional. I wasn't asked about my stay, nor was I offered a digital invoice—I had to proactively request one. ​​I would definitely recommend Mob House to solo travelers, couples, and business travelers who need a great space to work. ​To prevent the property from deteriorating, I suggest more consistent maintenance of the fixtures and a slight improvement in housekeeping (specifically dusting). Adding coasters to the rooms would also help preserve the furniture. If the high quality of these facilities is maintained, I would certainly return! ​This is a high-design gem in Paris that feels far more boutique and high-quality than larger chain hotels. Just bring earplugs for the courtyard vibe!”

“My favorite hotel in Paris! Super clean and everyone that works here is kind and welcoming. I arrived around 2 hours before the check-in and as my room was ready I was able to check-in immediately. Not too far from the middle of Paris around 20-30 mins by metro. Station is close by. The vibe of MOB HOUSE is unmatched 10/10 I definitely recommend.”

“Rooms are clean and practical. We stayed with our 1year old in a balcony room. The people from all shifts are super friendly and interact with the kids. I didnt feel like i was bothering anyone with our toddler. You can even take a family picture in their photobooth. The food is very good. Hotel is located just outside the city centre. The metro and bus are closeby so good commute to the centre. Parking is easy to access. We will be returning to MOB House!”
